Initial Token Distribution

The DAO may establish multiple types of tokens by proposal, however only the $ALXIA governance token will be used for voting on Proposals, including elections. Other tokens will not count towards quorum or votes.

Initial Mint

Upon the Effective Date of this Charter, the DAO will mint one hundred million (100,000,000) $ALXIA governance tokens.

• These tokens currently have no value other than governance.

• Governance tokens will be restricted from being transferred out from member wallets unless this transfer restriction is lifted by DAO proposal.

The DAO may mint more tokens beyond the initial 100 million by proposal.

Budget for Season 1 (Genesis) and Season 2.

Season 1 Genesis Member Token Pool : (1,000,000) $ALXIA to allocate equally across all DAO members who sign the Charter by the Genesis signing deadline.

Season 1 Genesis Contributor Token Pool: (6,000,000) $ALXIA to allocate across all early contributors of the DAO.

Treasury Token Pool: The remainder unallocated tokens will be held by the DAO treasury to be allocated by Proposal.

Frens Capital Allocation: (20,000,000) $ALXIA over the period of 48 months

Origami Token Allocation: For services provided to the DAO, 5,000,000 tokens will be sent to joinorigami.eth over the period of 24 months from the Effective Date.

Season 1 (Genesis) Member Token Eligibilit

• All DAO members who sign this Charter with their ERC-20 wallet address will receive a portion of the Genesis Member token pool.

• Every Genesis Member will receive the same number of tokens from this pool.

• Any undistributed or uncollected tokens from this pool will be returned to the Treasury.

Season 1 (Genesis) Contributor Token Eligibility

Contributors to Season 1 will be eligible to receive a portion of this token pool commensurate with their contributions and based on passed proposals.

Those proposals can be submitted previous to the work or retroactively made for contributions during the season.

Seasonal Budgets and Token Allocations

All token allocations to committees, teams, projects, and individuals require a proposal to pass.

All allocations are distributed on a Season-by-Season basis unless otherwise noted.

Starter Pack

Any new member who joins and onboards to the DAO after the Genesis event will receive a set number of tokens:

• The Treasury Committee is responsible for setting and changing the number of DAO governance tokens in each Starter Pack, unless a Proposal setting the amount has been approved by the DAO.
